Since our services (Listings, Banner Promotions, “Be on Top” subscriptions) are digital, city-specific, and delivered immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally Non-Refundable.

However, in exceptional cases of verified technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using your purchased service, a refund may be considered as per the terms below.

📌 1. General Policy

• All payments made for business Listings, Banner Promotions, and “Be on Top” subscriptions are Non-Refundable once the service is activated.
• We do not issue refunds for:
• Voluntary cancellations by the Vendor or User
• Change of mind or service preferences
• Partial use of any service or plan
• Dissatisfaction with the results of promotions (as results depend on user behavior, searches, and competition)

📌 2. Refund Eligibility (Technical Issues Only)

A refund will only be considered if:
✅ You experience a verified technical failure on the platform that prevents your paid service from being delivered or used.
✅ The issue is confirmed by our support team as unresolved or unresolvable within a reasonable time.
✅ You submit the refund request within 7 days of purchase.

📌 3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a technical problem:

2️⃣ Include the following details in your email:

• Your registered mobile number or email address
• Service purchased (e.g., Listing, Banner Promotion, Be on Top)
• Date and time of purchase
• Payment receipt or proof of transaction
• A clear explanation of the technical issue, with screenshots if possible
  3️⃣ Our team will acknowledge your request within 2–3 business days and conduct a review.
  4️⃣ We will inform you of the decision regarding your refund within 5 business days after the review is complete.

📌 4. Refund Processing

• If your refund is approved, we will process it within 3 business days of approval.
• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

📌 5. Impact of Deleting Listings or Accounts

Please note:

• If you delete your Listing voluntarily, all active paid services (e.g., Banner Promotion, Be on Top) linked to that Listing will also be permanently deleted.
• If you delete your main account, all Listings associated with that account and paid services linked to Listings will be deleted permanently.
• No refunds will be issued for any remaining duration of paid services in such cases.
• Once deleted, Listings, accounts, and associated services Cannot Be Restored.

📌 6. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the revised policy.
