Welcome to clickNchill (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our business listing and promotional platform, which includes the website www.clickNchill.com and the official clickNchill mobile applications available on Android and iOS platforms.

By accessing, using, or registering on clickNchill, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms outlined below, you must refrain from using our services.

📌 Section 1: Terms and Conditions for Vendors (Business/Service Providers)

1.1 Account Creation and Access

To list your business or services on clickNchill, you are required to create an account by registering with a valid mobile number. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to verify your number. Upon successful OTP verification, your account will be created.
• Providing your name and email address is optional and can be updated later.
• Your mobile number acts as your primary login credential for future access.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.

1.2 Business Listing Process

Once your account is created, you may proceed to list your business or service by entering all required details, including but not limited to:
• Name of the business or service
• Description
• Category
• Subcategory (You can choose up to three subcategories of the selected category)
• Country, State, District, and City
• Complete address with PIN code
• Map location (for physical stores or offices)
• Contact person name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, landline number, and email address
• Social media profile links (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads)
• Business website (if available)
• Business gallery images (original only)

The information provided must be accurate and truthful. Any Listing found with misleading, incorrect, or fake information may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.

1.3 Listing Plans and Payments

Once your business Listing is submitted, you will be prompted to choose a paid plan — such as a one-year Listing plan or a lifetime Listing plan.
• Your Listing will go live immediately after successful payment confirmation.
• The Listing becomes visible to users searching under your selected city and subcategory.
• The platform does not offer free business Listings for Vendors; Listing visibility is tied to your selected plan.

1.4 Banner Promotion and “Be on Top” Services

Banner Promotion — How it Works:

✅ After a Vendor lists their business, they can also pay to show a Banner Promotion.
✅ This banner appears only in the city they chose when listing their business.
✅ Users will see the banner only when they select that same city on the website or app.

Example:
A Vendor lists a bakery in Pune and pays for a Banner Promotion.
When users open the app/website and choose Pune, they will see the bakery’s banner on the homepage.
If users choose Mumbai, they won’t see this banner — because it’s for Pune only.

If Many Vendors Promote Banners in the Same City:

✅ If more than one Vendor promotes a banner in the same city, the banners will appear as a slideshow on the homepage for that city.

Other Important Points:

 

📌 About Be on Top Promotion

When a Vendor Lists Their Business:
1️⃣ They can choose:
• One category
• Up to three subcategories
• One city

How Be on Top Works:

2️⃣ The Be on Top service is optional.
3️⃣ It works only for one city and only for one subcategory (not all three).

What Happens With Be on Top?

4️⃣ When a user searches:
• Country → State → District → City → Category → Subcategory
• In the selected subcategory, there may be many Vendors.
• The Vendor who bought Be on Top for that subcategory in that city will appear at the top of the list (1st position).

Example:
A Vendor lists his shop in City: Mumbai,
with Category: Electronics,
and Subcategories: Mobile Repair, Laptop Repair, TV Repair.
The Vendor also buys Be on Top for Laptop Repair in Mumbai.
Now, when a user searches for Mumbai → Electronics → Laptop Repair,
this Vendor will appear at the first position.

Important:

1.5 Images and Content Usage Policy

✅ What You Can Upload:
• Only original photos taken by you or your authorized team.
• Images without watermarks from camera brands, editing apps, or stock websites.
• Photos that clearly and professionally represent your business, shop, products, or services.

❌ Strictly Prohibited Content:
• Copyrighted images or photos downloaded from the internet
• Photos with visible watermarks from apps, camera brands, or editing tools
• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Images depicting accidents, blood, injuries, dead bodies, or dead animals
• Animal or human abuse
• Vulgar or offensive content
• Religious images used disrespectfully
• Political party banners or campaign material
• Images insulting or provoking any religion, caste, or community
• Images that violate common decency or cultural respect

⚠️ clickNchill Rights & Responsibility:
• We reserve the right to remove any image or Listing that violates our policy without prior notice.
• In case of copyright violations, the Vendor is solely responsible for consequences.
• Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

1.6 Refund Policy and Technical Issues

All purchases are non-refundable by default. Refunds are granted only if a verified technical error (confirmed by our support team) prevents delivery or usage of the purchased service.
• No refunds will be issued for voluntary cancellations, wrong selections, or failure to use the service after purchase.
• If a technical issue occurs, please contact our support team promptly to resolve it.
• Our decision regarding refund eligibility in technical failure cases is final.

1.7 Deletion of Listings and Accounts

Vendors can delete individual Listings at any time. However:
• All associated data (business info, images, reviews) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• If the deleted Listing had an active subscription (e.g., Banner Promotion or Be on Top), it will also be deleted automatically, and no refunds will be provided.
• Deleting your main account deletes all associated Listings and subscriptions permanently.

 

 

1.8 Data Usage and Privacy

We collect, use, and store your data responsibly and securely, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We ensure consistent grammar, clarity, and appropriate capitalization throughout our policies.

📌 Section 2: Terms and Conditions for Users (Service Seekers and General Visitors)

2.1 Account Creation and Access

Users can browse freely. To contact Vendors or leave a review, registration with OTP verification is required. Additional profile details are optional.

2.2 Finding Businesses or Services

Users can search by:
• Country, State, District, City
• Category and Subcategory
• Users can view complete Vendor profiles with contact info, photos, social links, etc.

2.3 Contacting Vendors

Users can contact Vendors directly.

⚠️ Important Safety Guidelines:
• Contact Vendors only between 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Never stay alone when a service provider visits.
• Verify the service provider’s identity before letting them in.
• We are not responsible for any incidents during your engagement with Vendors.

2.4 Reviews and Ratings

Users are encouraged to leave respectful, honest reviews. Fake, abusive, or defamatory reviews may be removed at our discretion.

2.5 Acceptable Use and Restrictions

Users must not:
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Spam or upload harmful content
• Hack accounts or post offensive reviews

2.6 Account and Data Deletion

Users may delete their account anytime via settings.
• Once deleted, your personal data (name, mobile number, email) will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
• However, some activity — such as reviews or ratings — may remain visible, as they help Vendors improve and guide future users.
• Deleted users can always re-register using the same mobile number and OTP if they wish to return.

2.7 Data Privacy Commitment

We do not sell, share, or process user data outside India. User data is securely deleted upon request. Robust security measures are in place to protect your privacy.

📌 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalgaon District, Maharashtra.
